K-READ TERMS-PLEASE REVIEW

PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production time is 10-15 working days for established accounts. Production begins upon receipt of a complete purchase order including camera-ready artwork. Orders must be received before 1:00 PM (EST) to count for that day. Orders with proofs will receive ship dates upon proof approval. Orders with in-hands dates allowing less than 10 working days for production will be assessed a rush charge if that service is available. Please specify in-hands use date and appropriate method of shipping to meet your deadline.
 

If ship method is not specified, factory reserves the right to choose best ship method to meet your deadline.

SHIPPING: UPS or FEDEX. FOB CT or designated factory. Factory cannot be held responsible for delays or damages en route. Purchaser must file claims promptly with carrier at time of delivery. Factory cannot be held responsible for difference between approximate freight charges (via fax or phone) and actual freight charges.

RETURNS: Custom imprinted products are not returnable. In case of product defect (confirmed by K-READ production,) a factory return authorization number must be obtained prior to return of merchandise for any reason or our receiving department cannot accept your shipment. All returns must be approved by factory within 10 days of ship date. 

SAMPLES: If you have doubts about the product you are ordering, we recommend you allocate the time and money to get a sample first. Samples are billed at end quantity price and cannot be returned. Samples are not always available unimprinted or from the  toy or glow sections.

UNIMPRINTED MERCHANDISE: Orders for blank goods will be charged next column pricing. For large quantities please contact us.

QUOTES: Please fax request for large quantity quotes or custom orders. Quotes are good for 30 days only.
