Screen/set-up fee $45

Prices include one color imprint on one or two sides or a wraparound design.
Allow 10-15 working days for production after order confirmation and artwork is approved.

Over/under runs: In accordance with fair trade customs, please allow for a 10% plus or minus. If you require exact quantities, a 5% surcharge will be added to your order total.

Artwork: Please e-mail camera-ready artwork to art@k-read.net. Please contact your customer service representative before sending and they can provide you with specific guidelines to e-mail your artwork. If you don't have camera-ready art, our graphics department can prepare your artwork for a $35.00 per hour design charge.
