Cancellations or changes to order: $25.00 plus all costs incurred by K-READ up to notice of cancellation or change. This may include artwork, die charges and any production cost incurred. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.   Unless net 30 terms are established, or a school P.O. is issued, the amount of purchase will be billed to your account when order is confirmed.  Any additional over or under amounts (10% or less) shipped and actual freight fees will be billed separately.  Turnaround time for processing your order begins when art and payment status are confirmed.  There are additional charges for rush service and expedited freight to make your deadlines.  Please be aware of our standard turnaround times.
