Screen Charge: $40 per color
PMS Match: $35 per color (this just means you're really picky about the specific color)
Pre-production Proof: If product sample is needed, $50 per color
Imprinting on Foam: Due to the porous surface of the foam, crisp art or copy provides the best imprint quality.

Small details on some artwork may have to be altered or deleted to provide legible imprint.

Darker inks (black and navy) on lighter backgrounds provide the best imprint.
Production time: Please allow two weeks for production after final proof is approved.
Shipping Info:

Our Stock Box Size is: 29" x 21" x 29". It is an oversized box, so it is dimensionally weighted by the freight companies. Fedex weights the box at 50 lbs for ground shipments and 92 lbs for air. UPS weight the box at 70 lb for ground shipments and 92 lbs for air. All Pop-up visors are packaged 500 per box (29"x21"x29"). We have a smaller box that measures: 24" x 14.5" x 14.75". It ships at actual weight, 5 lbs for foam pop-up visors. All Pop-up visors are packaged approximately 115 per box (24"x14.5"x14.75")
